Being In Covid-Times Can Feel Like A Forest

Being in Covid-time can feel like a forest. You are living in a space that requires you to either find the path or create your own path.
And while you might feel fine, normal, and as if not much has changed, you experience other moments when it feels as if every thing has changed.
The process of adjusting to the expanse and depth of how life has changed will take time to process. It takes time to re-orient, so be really understanding and supportive to your self and all those in your life.
This has been a major experience. There is no right or wrong in how you are living through this time in history. The worst thing you can do is to allow any sense of judgement to become your coping mechanism. Instead, "allow". Allow your self to connect with what you feel, what you sense, and how you are changing. Because to be sure, just as the world around you has changed, you are changing as well.
The key is whether or not you are conscious and consciously participating in your change. So meditate this morning and tomorrow morning as well. Release all the mental constructs and experience your self as you are, right now. This is where you start your day. This is how you go forward.
